At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware and renovation supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, components, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Imeca

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our local showrooms for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
