IMEX wood screws in No. 8 by 3 inch size are made for heavy duty applications where deeper penetration is needed without compromising grip. Each screw features a square drive for controlled torque a flat head with nibs for flush seating and a Type 17 point that eliminates the need for pre drilling. With coarse threads designed for softwood MDF and engineered wood and a zinc coating for basic corrosion resistance these screws are suited for both indoor and protected outdoor use.
